“The witness is not credible”
Trump likes to imagine himself as an untouchable, imperial king, a man of royalty, standing above all other people, better than any other human. In reality, Donald Trump is a traitor, a touchable, anything-but-royal-sad sack, non-royalty, no better than any other human. And a lot worse.
Apparently, the Judge in his NY Fraud trial agrees. That might be why he just fined his royal nincompoop $10,000. The gasps were audible as his royal traitor took the stand to answer questions from the Judge about comments his Royal moron made earlier in the day that appeared to disparage both the judge and the law clerk, putting him in violation of the gag order.
“As the trier of fact. I find the witness is not credible”, The Judge said, eliciting gasps of shock (and probably more than a few of joy.) “Trier of Fact.” There is no royalty in America, but where the courts are concerned, it is judges like this one who decide FACTS — Not Donald Trump.
Donald Trump does not have a law degree. He is not running this trial or any other. It is judges who run things, judges who decide how far to let traitors go in their hate speech. So wake up, Trump! Open your eyes. YOU are not in control. YOU are not the trier of facts.
The Judge asked Trump whom he was referring to, and Trump said, “You and Cohen.” (Michael Cohen.) How dishonest! How happy Cohen must be! He really did a number on Trump! Judge Engoron did not believe him. He felt Trump was once again trying to smear his law clerk. No big surprise. His law clerk is female, and females are some of Trump’s mightiest enemies. He hates them, likely because most, if not all, females are more intelligent than him.
“Why should there not be severe sanctions/” the judge pondered. He called Trump’s gag violations blatant and dangerous. It is most amusing and mentally stimulating to watch his royal traitor get what he deserves — again and again and again.
