Donald Trump’s puppet in the 2021 Virginia Governor race just gave away how afraid he is of losing

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

The Virginia Governor’s race is hurtling towards us, and we must do whatever we can to help Terry win. Consider the phrase spoken by Julius Caesar: “Veni, Vidi, Vici.” I came, I saw, I conquered.

Indeed, Caesar was quite the conqueror. But being a conqueror does not have to just be about wars on the battlefield. Conquering can also be about getting out the vote. It can be about winning by big numbers. It can be about winning by such big numbers, the enemy is stunned — and defeated.

This is precisely what we must do in the Virginia Governor’s race. I have news in that regard about the GOP nominee for Virginia Governor, one Glen Youngkin. Youngkin is a Trump sycophant, who right now, is trying NOT to let Virginians see that. But yet his true self has leaked out.

This is not unexpected. It takes time and effort to deceive the public. And now, for Youngkin, that deceit has slipped, showing Virginians and EVERYONE precisely who he is.

Youngkin has made a declaration. He is asking that Virginia voting machines be audited. Now, why do you suppose that is? I have no doubt it is to try and cast doubt on the integrity of the election.

“I think we need to make sure people that people trust these voting machines,” said the man who regularly says he is not like Trump. I say that Youngkin is afraid of losing, and in the spirit of sycophantic Republicans everywhere, he wants to instill fear.

After all, he is not talking policy. (Except to flatter Ron DeSantis.) He would turn Virginia into a mess. We cannot let that happen. So please — if you are an activist, have a bit of time, and want to help out, I hope you will do so.

Too many Virginians do not know about the upcoming race or have been lulled into a false sense of security by TAKING FOR GRANTED that Terry will win.

If everybody reading this either donates (if they have the money) or phone banks or puts up a reminder on their social or calls or texts their friends in Virginia, that could make all the difference.

Think what could happen if Virginia goes red. We CANNOT let that happen. Please fight as hard for Terry as you can. Act like he’s 20 points behind. We MUST get out the vote. We MUST see Terry McAuliffe win. We MUST win by large numbers. And when the race is over, we MUST be able to say the words: “Veni, Vidi, Vici.”
