The squeeze is on
When Donald Trump announced that he was pulling out of his scheduled debates with Kamala Harris, I said that it really wasn’t up to him. If Trump started to fall behind Harris in the polls, he’d have little choice but to roll the dice and try debating her. Now he’s already being squeezed in that regard.
Fox News host Laura Ingraham begged Trump on Monday night to commit to debating Kamala Harris, but Trump refused to do so. Why would a Fox News host beg Trump to participate in a debate on ABC? Given the way the momentum and polls are trending, Trump is in real danger of losing if he sits back and refuses to debate. Of course if he does do the debate and Kamala gets the best of him, he’s in even more danger of losing the election. It’s a no-win situation for him.
The Kamala Harris campaign released a statement tonight referring to Donald Trump as “Duckin’ Don” for trying to duck out of the debate. Trump is now at a point where he’s getting squeezed from all sides about participating in the debate. And it’s only going to get worse for him. Donate
