The real reason Donald Trump is so worried about Ghislaine Maxwell

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Jeffrey Epstein’s co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell has been in custody for awhile now, awaiting trial. She doesn’t appear to have flipped on anyone, but that remains at least a theoretical possibility. It turns out Donald Trump has been worried about this prospect for awhile now.

According to Michael Wolff’s new book, at one point Donald Trump said this to one of his associates about Ghislaine Maxwell: “Has she said anything about me? … Is she going to talk? Will she roll on anybody?”

This actually gives something away. The only possible reason for Donald Trump to be worried that Ghislaine Maxwell might say anything about him is if she has knowledge of his criminal behavior. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have anything to worry about her cutting a deal.

This does not prove that Donald Trump was engaged in the same crimes as Jeffrey Epstein. It could, for instance, mean that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were merely aware of Trump’s financial crimes, or some other crimes that Trump has committed. But it does make clear that Trump believes Maxwell has knowledge and/or evidence of some illegal behavior that Trump committed.
