The GOP’s worst nightmare has arrived
The words “trouble” and “Republicans” march hand in hand. Not a day can go by without more bad news for the GOP. Their day just got a little more troubled. As I said, trouble and Republicans march hand in hand — literally march.
As in marching for “life,” as in scores of anti-choice people converging on the Capitol to march for banning abortions — and also to scold Republicans for not doing more to help them. Welcome, my friends. Welcome to the Republicans’ worst nightmare.
Republicans are universally hated by many a person for their insane attempts to imprison women’s bodies. Now they’ve got the 51st annual March for Life! Hello, trouble. “Not doing enough.” These marchers are pissed. This is because many of them do not think Republicans are doing enough to stop women from having abortions.
Thank you, Marchers, for bringing this subject once again into the spotlight and reminding people what tyrants the GOP is. We couldn’t be more grateful. “They barely even acknowledge it.” There is a reason for that. They know everyone hates them AND their archaic policies.
“If Republicans can engage this large pro-life base, I think we can very well win in 2024.”
Oh, God.
“Some people have gotten complacent.”
Do you hear them, Republicans? Do you hear your voters?
They want you to rise up and TAKE OWNERSHIP of your issues! They demand that you come out harder than you have been against women’s rights! Oh my gosh, what a nightmare for the women-phobic party.
It’s like they created a monster — a great big juicy, Frankenstein’s monster, who is, at this very moment, demanding their makers GET OUT AND SHOW THE LOVE to all things anti-choice.
“We need to keep pushing.”
Push away! All it’ll get you is less votes! But what’s a misogynist to do? Got to please the voters, the little monsters who are DEMANDING Republicans come forth into the good night with MORE creative planning and more inventive forms of punishment to stop women from using their autonomy!
What say you, Republicans? “At some point, I ‘d like to get to none.” (abortions.) “The ultimate goal should be a complete national ban.” Hear ye, hear ye, all Republicans! The anti-choice have spoken! Are you listening to women in Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, New Hampshire, Arizona, and Pennsylvania?
