Donald Trump is “terrified, lost and afraid”

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Imagine being so desperate, so cornered, so rattled, and thus so sloppy, that you call up your enemy on the phone and plead with him to commit a felony for you, without realizing that he’s probably recording the call in order to protect himself from you.

That’s the headspace that Donald Trump now finds himself in. It’s reached the point where we’d all be laughing at him for how pathetically ineffective and self destructive he’s become, if weren’t simply so tired of him.

Michael Cohen, who knows Donald Trump as well as anyone, tweeted this in response to the failed phone call: “I know his ticks and tells. Happy to report he is terrified, lost and afraid!”
