Take that, Donald Trump!

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump was so afraid of having to face Joe Biden in the 2020 general election, he got himself impeached while trying to destroy Biden’s candidacy. If Trump couldn’t knock Biden out of the race, he was at least hoping to cause enough damage that Biden would limp into a contested convention.

As of tonight, it turns out Donald Trump got himself impeached for nothing. Joe Biden was won the state of Michigan, effectively putting Biden’s last remaining competitor, Bernie Sanders, out of contention. Not only will Biden be the nominee, he now has the advantage of the Democratic Party starting to rally around him four months before the party’s convention.

We don’t know what Bernie Sanders will do. But if he remains in the race, he’ll get blown out in Florida next week, and his candidacy will be all but forgotten. No matter how this plays out, Donald Trump’s big gambit against Joe Biden has blown up in his face.
