Stormy Daniels just provided a new opening for Robert Mueller to take down Donald Trump

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller already appears to be pursuing Donald Trump for crimes ranging from obstruction of justice to money laundering to conspiracy against the United States. Now, thanks to what Stormy Daniels just said on 60 Minutes, Mueller has a new opening for taking Trump down, and it’s the kind of criminal charge that’s much easier to understand than the Russia plot.

Stormy Daniels has revealed on 60 Minutes that just as she was planning to sell her story to the media, someone approached her in person and threatened her physical safety while she was holding her infant daughter. Daniels clearly believes Trump sent this individual to threaten her. She can’t prove it, but Mueller can. All he has to do is track the identity of this individual, convince him to cut a plea deal against Trump, and suddenly Mueller has a witness testifying that Trump instructed him to threaten a woman’s physical safety. It won’t be particularly difficult to Mueller to tie this to Trump-Russia, either.

Mueller’s marching orders allow him to investigate any crimes he uncovers during the course of his investigation into the Trump-Russia plot. It’s already been established that Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, paid the $130,000 in hush money to Stormy Daniels, which appears to have violated campaign finance laws. Cohen was also deeply involved in the Trump-Russia scandal, going so far as to ask the Kremlin to help build a Trump Tower in Moscow during the election.

Now Stormy Daniels is alleging that when she was offered that $130,000 by Cohen in exchange for her silence, she was agreeing to the deal under duress, after having already been physically threatened into silence. This gives Robert Mueller an opening to investigate the matter in relation to Cohen’s overall role in the Trump-Russia scandal. If Mueller can prove that Donald Trump hired a thug to hunt down Daniels and threaten to physically assault her, that’s the kind of straightforward crime that even the least political minds can easily grasp.
