Donald Trump and Stephen Miller have “Hitler Youth” meltdown
Donald Trump held an event today called the “White House Conference on American History” – and let’s just say that he made a point of putting the “White” in it. The entire thing was aimed at whitewashing U.S. history to downplay the impact that things like slavery and racism have had on the country.
As a result of Trump’s bizarre event today, “Hitler Youth” is now trending on Twitter, so Trump’s white supremacist speechwriter Stephen Miller will be happy. The whole thing – particularly the part about trying to indoctrinate America’s youth into believing in white supremacy – was disturbing beyond words.
But the bottom line is that Donald Trump just wasted yet another day on a bizarre stunt that won’t gain him a single vote, in an election he’s currently losing badly. Trump is more than welcome to keep wasting his limited remaining time on this nonsense. Every day that he fails to do anything to close the gap in the polls, is another day that he’s blown it.
