So this explains why Clarence Thomas has been running his mouth so frantically lately

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Five days ago Palmer Report pointed out how suspicious it was that traditionally quiet Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas had begun running his mouth in uncharacteristic, overtly partisan, and almost frantic fashion. He had to know that doing so was merely bringing more attention to his wife’s sedition crimes, and that there was only one reason for him to be doing this: pure desperation. In other words, there had to be more coming.

Sure enough, Ginni Thomas didn’t merely text the Trump White House and urge it to overthrow the election, as previously reported. According to the Washington Post, it turns out Thomas went so far as to directly try to pressure multiple Arizona lawmakers into overthrowing the election results in their state.

This is a whole different ball of wax. Urging the Trump regime to try to overthrow the election results was certainly seditious, but there were going to be questions about whether prosecutors would ever be able to get a conviction against her at trial. She could argue that she was merely cheerleading for the Trump regime, and it was up to the Trump regime to decide whether it wanted to go that route. However, pressuring lawmakers to overthrow the election on Trump’s behalf is an entirely different story.

Legally speaking, it’s now easy to argue that Ginni Thomas abused her position as the spouse of a Supreme Court Justice in a criminal effort to pressure elected officials into overthrowing the election. In fact it’s precisely the same crime that has Fulton County DA Fani Willis and her grand jury criminally targeting Donald Trump, Lindsey Graham, and others.

There’s no indication (as of yet) that Ginni Thomas also attempted to overthrow the election results in Georgia. We’ll see if Arizona prosecutors end up targeting her for election tampering in Arizona. But this certainly falls under the DOJ’s purview; the DOJ has reportedly had a grand jury targeting Trump world for these kinds of matters since at least January.

It’s now safe to presume that Clarence and Ginni Thomas knew this other shoe would end up dropping, and that it’s why Clarence has been out there frantically trying to frame things in as partisan of a manner as possible. The Thomases will now surely insist that any criminal prosecution against Ginni Thomas is a mere partisan witch hunt. Unfortunately for them, juries don’t tend to care about such antics. Criminal investigations aren’t a reality show – and Ginni Thomas has to face the real possibility that she’ll end up indicted.
