So much for that one…

Now that we know that Donald Trump is unable to raise enough money for a measly half billion dollar appellate bond in his New York civil fraud case, we also know something else. We know that he lied to us for years about his supposed billionaire status, and we have final, incontestable, irrefutable proof that — Alina Habba to the contrary — Trump is no billionaire.

Were it otherwise, a half billion dollar bond would be nothing to him. He would either have it in cash or he would have it in leverageable assets and still remain, by any sane standard, obscenely rich. But Donny Downmarket clearly has neither, and it’s the latest in a long string of proofs that he’s a financial fraud and, by extension, a fraud in every other way.

From the very beginning, Trump’s supposed wealth and business acumen was always the first exculpating recourse of the press. “Say what you like about Donald Trump,” they would say, “he’s a great businessman.” Well he’s not. He’s nothing of the sort. In fact he’s nothing he ever claimed to be. He is a complete and total fraud.

I didn’t need convincing and neither did most of you. But despite each climb down, failure, indictment and new revelation of wrongdoing, many in the mainstream media still continue to take Donald Trump seriously, still dare to compare his joke candidacy with Biden’s real one. It’s time for them to stop. It’s time for them to cease their false balance, their bothsidesims. Their ersatz journalistic objectivity is an illusion that can no longer be sustained.

For example, it’s time for them to lay off the “question of Biden’s age.” On June 14th Trump will begin his 79th year. If they must say anything at all about it, it’s time for the mainstream media to admit that there is no significant difference between Trump’s and Biden’s age, but a world of difference between how one preserves his health through balanced eating and exercise and the other does not. Again, if a comment needs to be made, let them make it about the huge gulf between Trump’s unhealthy, junk food diet and his flabby, sedentary lifestyle and Biden’s regimen of regular, vigorous exercise and sensible eating. When fitness for office is the issue they strain at gnats and swallow camels.

Both men are old, and that’s all there is to it, but the only reason some in the mainstream media continue to make age an issue is because it’s the ONLY thing Trump and Biden have in common. Trump is a rapist, a murderer, a thief, a swindler, a bigot and a traitor. On that level the MSM can’t make a bothsidesism case, because Biden is clearly none of those things.

So they focus on age, because in the whole universe of “fault” it’s the one area where Joe Biden can be said to be, in some chickenshit sense, “worse” than Donald Trump. It’s a coward’s comparison, made by the despicable likes of Bill Maher and Cenk Uygur, and the rest of the MSM needs to stop it.

Now that we have final proof that Trump is a relative pauper, that he can’t scrape together enough leverageable assets to qualify for a half billion dollar bond, the final bastion of Trump’s supposed “virtues” has fallen away. The mainstream media needs to stop trying to appear fair and start actually being fair. There is a monster in our midst, a destroyer of democracies, a wrecker of constitutions, a defiler of our rights, and he needs to be exposed as such every day. And, as ever, ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters, comrades and friends, stay safe.
