Apparently Judge Cannon‘s bark is worse than her bite. In a court hearing on Tuesday, Judge Cannon appear deeply skeptical of the Trump attorneys argument that no trial date could be set She also appeared very skeptical about the Trump argumentative that a fair jury would not be able to be found.

Although she did not pick a specific trial date on Tuesday, Judge Cannon did signal that she will choose one soon. So that means that Trump arguments are not working with Judge Cannon. A couple of days ago Trump attempted to flatter Cannon by talking about how much she loves America. It was a very obvious and extremely clumsy attempt to complement her with Trump thinking perhaps she’d then give him everything he wanted that way.

Of course, that’s what malignant narcissist do. They flatter, and they could charm. It’s their calling card and it didn’t appear to work with Cannon this time. So now we wait to see when the trial date is. At the rate it’s going it looks like Donald Trump could have a trial date every other month.

The indictments just keep on coming and who knows when they’ll ever end. Let’s hope Trump stays quiet and doesn’t start insulting Judge Cannon on truth social but for now, anyway it appears that Trump did his best to get Cannon on his side, and like everything else he attempts this failed miserably.
