Sinclair just caved

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

When Sinclair Broadcast Group announced that it was going to air a segment associated with the widely discredited “Pandemic” conspiracy theory documentary which smeared Dr. Fauci, there was significant pushback from the Resistance. It turns out that pushback has worked. Sinclair just tweeted this:

After further review, we have decided to delay this episode’s airing. We will spend the coming days bringing together other viewpoints and provide additional context. All stations have been notified not to air this and will instead be re-airing last week’s episode in its place. We would also like to clarify that at no point did we air the “Plandemic” documentary, nor do we have plans to. This documentary has been widely discredited and we as a company do not support the baseless claims that were rebutted during the original segment. Further, we valiantly support Dr. Fauci and the work he and his team are doing to further prevent the spread of COVID-19 and are proud to have welcomed him to “America This Week” as well as our stations via our national bureau to update and inform viewers.

So there you have it. Sinclair may be little more than a pro-Trump propaganda outfit, but even it can be pushed into caving. Now Sinclair is even going to so far as to defend Dr Fauci. Go figure. Credit goes to all of you who stood up to Sinclair on this.
