Donald Trump had gone hours without tweeting anything. But just now he decided to post a bizarre tweet insisting that he’s not a racist because he has a black supporter in a video. Where did this come from? Then I remembered what’s happening on television right now.
Joe Biden is doing an hour-long interview on MSNBC right now. Later in the hour, Stacey Abrams will be joining Biden. Donald Trump can’t handle the fact that Biden is getting attention, so Trump is suddenly lighting it up on Twitter. Moreover, Trump is the kind of racist who sees Biden appearing on air with a black person, so now Trump is suddenly tweeting about how black people love him. Trump is so predictable, it’s pathetic.
