Senile Donald Trump has completely befuddled moment on stage

Donald Trump’s dementia symptoms have gotten so severe, his people now appear hesitant to put him on stage alone without a babysitter. Trump did a town hall with his own supporters today in Pennsylvania, and South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem joined him for some reason. It didn’t go well.

When Trump got completely confused about what was going on, Noem tried to remind him of what they were supposed to be doing. But it was clear that Trump had no memory of what had been discussed and no clue what was going on:

Even after Noem thought she had Trump back on track, Trump ended up saying “How about a couple of really beauties and we’ll sit down, relax.” Trump has no idea what’s going on anymore, on any level.
