This brings us to Donald Trump, who thinks Obama is still President and there has only been one World War. It’s not just that Trump is losing entire chunks of history. It’s that he’s also revealing things from his past that make him look really bad.

The story is that his cognitive abilities are failing so badly, he no longer understands why he shouldn’t tell a story like this. Trump is going to keep blurting out embarrassing things from his past like this, because he no longer understands that he’s not supposed to. This tendency will only get worse for him.
