Senile Donald Trump doesn’t appear to know who one of his close pals is

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump has been in noticeable cognitive decline for about three years. But now that it’s becoming so severe that he’s confusing people like Nikki Haley and Nancy Pelosi for each other, the story is finally getting the kind of media traction that it should have gotten all along.

Of course for the story is only going to keep getting media coverage if Trump keeps having senile moments. Fortunately Trump is continuing to oblige, as evidenced in this brief clip from an interview he just did:

.
Keep in mind that Donald Trump and Dan Bongino are longtime close pals. Yet Trump appears to have just confused Dan Bongino for someone named “Joe” – perhaps Joe Biden. It’s bad enough when you get people confused while talking about them. It’s worse when you get people confused while talking to them.

Trump just keeps losing track of who people are. He thinks Nikki Haley was Speaker of the House while he was in office. He appears to think E. Jean Carroll is Marla Maples. He recently failed to recognize the name of his close ally Elise Stefanik when he saw it on the teleprompter. And now Trump doesn’t appear to know who his friend Dan Bongino is. This will only get worse for him.
