Senile Donald Trump claims to have the support of long deceased Joan Rivers

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

As tends to happen with dementia patients, Donald Trump is now rewriting history in his mind, in a way that doesn’t correspond to anything in reality. He keeps confusing people for each other, and he often combines two or more people into the same person. He also has no sense of when anything happened, or what the current year or decade is.

Trump reminded us of this when he announced today that he has the support of Joan Rivers. The trouble: she’s been dead for several years – just like Trump’s brain. In reality Joan Rivers died in 2014, which means she couldn’t possibly have taken a position on Trump’s run as a political candidate, which wasn’t even a thing until 2015.

Donald Trump has always lied and made things up. But now he’s making things up in such mentally incompetent fashion, he’s reduced to claiming that dead people support him. This is just embarrassing for Trump – and it’ll only get worse.
