Senile Donald Trump can’t even speak

Even as the media obsessed over the supposed cognitive decline of President Joe Biden, it largely ignored the fact that Donald Trump was in the midst of severe cognitive decline right in front of everyone’s eyes.

Trump spent the election talking incoherently about sharks and batteries and cannibals, and made clear that he wasn’t all there. At this point Trump isn’t there at all. In fact he can’t even make words happen. Take, for instance, Trump’s attempt at saying “Tesla” which ended up being some kind of dementia riddled combination of “Tesla” and “Chrysler”:

That’s right, Trump is now at a point where he’s not sure whether Elon Musk is the CEO of Tesla or Chrysler, so he’s hedging his bets and going for something in the middle. This wasn’t some random instance of Trump misspeaking; it happens to him constantly. When is the media going to admit that is displaying symptoms consistent with full blown dementia?
