“Selfish and stupid” Donald Trump is falling to pieces
Donald Trump‘s praising of Hezbollah is causing reverberations throughout Washington DC, and not in a good way. Reports are that Trump had to do heavy-duty damage control. But many people still remain angry, and the consensus is that this was one of Donald Trump‘s more serious screw-ups.
“Selfish and stupid.” Those words come from Republican David Kotchel, a longtime Republican consultant. By making the comments he did, several people explained, it shows that Trump is not putting America first. This is all true, but my only complaint is – are these people only realizing this now?
Donald Trump has never put America first in his whole crummy life. Donald Trump has put America last. Donald Trump doesn’t care about America, as he doesn’t care about the Republican Party or anybody in general except his own miserly self.
It is a bit astonishing to me that some of these people, these politicians, who have been doing these jobs for decades, do not seem to grasp that Donald Trump is a malignant narcissist and a selfish son of a bitch. There seem to be far too many people who still seem to think Donald Trump is, deep down, just a really decent guy at heart.
Such people have obviously never picked up a psychology book in their lives. After all these years, all these temper tantrums, all these traitorous actions AND the January 6 insurrection, the fact that anyone could believe Trump would ever for one Nanosecond put America first are completely and totally deluding themselves.
