Score one for John Fetterman

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

One of the highlights of the 2022 midterms was the chance to elect a man whose courage is unwavering — a man with a glorious political future ahead of him. That man is Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania. Oh to be able to say those words — SENATOR Fetterman!

Fetterman was and remains a bright light in the trash heap of dirty politics. He won his race fairly with class and dignity — with a healthy dose of humor mixed in. And voters were always going to elect him because Pennsylvania knows phonies when they see them, and Mehmet Oz was a phony.

And a big up yours to the fake pundits who wrote Fetterman off after his stroke. These pundits had no understanding of politics. They didn’t understand that authenticity — and emotional strength –was what Pennsylvanians look for in their politicians. Of course, Fetterman won handily. And now he’s a senator. Here is also a bobblehead.

That’s right. Because of his cult following, a John Fetterman bobblehead was created — and it’s pretty good. He is in a black hoodie and blue jeans with a smile that could rival the happiest dolphin anywhere.

This bobblehead is sold by Milwaukee’s National Bobblehead hall of fame & museum. The CEO said they had so many requests for a Fetterman bobblehead there was no question they had to create one. So I say congratulations to Senator Fetterman, whose future shines brightly and whose infectious warmth and humility bring both honesty and fun to the Senate.
