Score one for E. Jean Carroll

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump raped E. Jean Carroll. He did not just sexually abuse her, he raped her. I will say it again. Donald Trump raped E. Jean Carroll. According to Judge Kaplan who issued the ruling this week, he is guilty of rape. Trump had been in court trying to get the money reduced that he has to pay Carroll and pushing for a new trial.

And as you know, Trump has been arguing that the court never said he raped her. Well they did. Judge Kaplan just said so. The Judge also called Trump’s arguments for a new trial “entirely unpersuasive.” And here is some of what the Judge had to say about the word Trump and the word “Rape.”

“Indeed, as the evidence at trial recounted below makes clear, the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that (rape.)”

Trump’s motion was denied by the way. So let us keep this in mind, Donald Trump raped E. Jean Carroll and his attempt to deny it was shut down by the judge. Donald Trump is a branded rapist on top of all his other problems. The whole world knows now that he hates women, and uses violence to bend them to his will.

And thank you E. Jean Carroll, for your courage is like the Nile flowing eternal. Thank you for never wavering in your courage and your inner strength. You have brought Donald Trump to his knees. History will look on you with love.
