– Jon Ossoff simply tweeted a photo of a sad Mitch McConnell today, with no further explanation. Of course none was needed. If Ossoff and Warnock win the Georgia runoffs, the Democrats take control of the Senate, and McConnell is no longer Majority Leader. Donate to Ossoff and Warnock here.
– Turned on MSNBC today. Saw the words “Breaking News” across the screen for something that turned out to definitely not be breaking news. Turned off MSNBC. They really haven’t figured out how to do hit their ratings marks in a post-Trump era yet, have they? Hopefully they’ll figure it out. We need MSNBC to be good at what it does. When MSNBC is bad at what it does, our movement suffers.
– After Ted Cruz tried to make the laughable argument on Twitter that the Democrats are the “party of the rich,” Alyssa Milano fired back at him accordingly: “This is hilarious. Why is the GOP blocking covid relief from working class families if it’s the party of working class? Or blocking the bill to raise minimum wage to 15 dollars an hour. Sit down.” Alyssa Milano would make a better Senator than Ted Cruz and it’s not even close.
