Unhinged Rudy Giuliani begins tweeting out his private text messages from the Ukraine whistleblower scandal

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Earlier this week Rudy Giuliani went on Fox News and held up his smartphone, asserting that it contained proof that the State Department officially sent him to Ukraine, as opposed to the State Department’s claim that Rudy was acting as a lone wolf. Rudy also yelling things like “shut up” and “idiot” at the other panelists, suggesting that none of this was going his way. Well now, Rudy is doing something rather novel.

Just a few minutes ago, Rudy Giuliani tweeted a screen shot of what he claims is a text message that exonerates him:

Rudy added the caption, “Why does this text and date render the hearsay so-called whistleblower useless and not credible?” A few minutes later he answered his own question: “check date against complaint and it tells you the hearsay complaint is not credible. Illustrates why hearsay is unreliable and proclaiming credibility is the result of bias. Most you can say is I can’t tell.”

So what’s he even talking about? Heck if we know. The text message he tweeted, if it’s even real, doesn’t exonerate him in any way. The real story here may be that because Rudy Giuliani has reached a point of desperation where he’s begun tweeting out his own text messages from an impeachment-worthy criminal scandal, he’s probably about to tweet something that truly incriminates everyone involved.
