Rudy Giuliani thinks he’s going to prison for life

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Last week it was reported that Fulton County DA Fani Willis had ruled out offering plea deals to Donald Trump, Mark Meadows, and Rudy Giuliani, meaning they’re all going to prison if they’re convicted at trial. Now it looks like Giuliani is getting the message about how screwed he is.

Giuliani appeared on his bizarre radio program and expressed fear about going to prison for the rest of his life. He has good reason to fear this. He’s 79 years old and appears to be in poor health, and people tend to age quickly in prison, so a sentence of even a few years could indeed be a life sentence.

Of course Rudy Giuliani’s legal troubles keep coming from all sides. Last night he was denied in his attempt at getting out of a civil jury trial in relation to the 2020 election. Giuliani just can’t win. Nor should he win. There simply doesn’t appear to be any way out of this for Giuliani, other than spending much or all of the rest of his life in prison.
