Rudy Giuliani makes even more insane court filing, and this time his signature doesn’t even match

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

You know things are going poorly for Rudy Giuliani when he’s been identified as “Co-Conspirator 1” in Donald Trump’s January 6th indictment, and that’s not even his most pressing legal issue this week. He just listed his house for sale, as his financial life falls apart. And he keeps making insane civil court filings along the way.

Weeks ago Giuliani bizarrely made a civil court filing admitting that he had made false accusations against Georgia election workers. To add insult to injury, the filing was so incoherent, the judge ordered him to make a new filing clarifying what he was actually confessing to.

Giuliani has now made a new court filing, which is longer and comes off as even more incoherent. Worse, as spotted by Roger Parloff of Lawfare, Giuliani’s signature on this new court filing does not at all match up with his signature on the July filing:

.
So this is a little bit bizarre. What’s going on here? Did Giuliani become so senile that he forgot how to sign his own name? Did someone else forge Giuliani’s name on a court filing? This is serious stuff.

In any case Rudy Giuliani is now at a point where he’s making self-defeating confessions in court filings, leaving the judge confounded, and his signature doesn’t even match his own signature. We all knew Rudy was falling to pieces in the cognitive department, but this is bad even for him.
