Rudy Giuliani just stepped in it

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

We KNEW this was going to happen. We could see the writing on the wall. And so it happened – just like Palmer Report said it would. Rudy Giuliani has been hit with another defamation lawsuit. Shaye Moss and Ruby Freedman have asked the court to sanction Rudy.

“Injunctive relief.” That is what the ladies are seeking. That means they are seeking a permanent bar on Rudy to stop his defamatory behavior. Is anybody surprised? Seriously.

We knew this would happen when, during his trial, Rudy defamed the ladies, saying that his comments about them were all true — they were not.

“Defendant Guiliani’s statements coupled with his refusal to agree to refrain from continuing to make such statements, make clear that he intends to persist in his campaign of targeted defamation and harassment. It must stop.”

You know what I love, readers? I love strong, fiery, take-no-crap WOMEN. I love Shaye and Lady Ruby. They’re the opposite of a pig like Rudy. They’re good people, with fire in their bellies, for speaking the truth.

If Rudy keeps going the way he has been, he risks spending the rest of his life in courtrooms. How hard would it have been for him to have swallowed his pride and apologized? I SUPPOSE he couldn’t do it. So he chose to ruin his life rather than simply saying two words: “I’m sorry.”
