Rudy Giuliani just gave away the game

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. These days Rudy Giuliani only periodically surfaces in order to further embarrass himself and dump some more lighter fluid on his already-burned reputation, before slipping back into the ether. Much of the time, Rudy’s ramblings are too incoherent to be worth covering, or even too incoherent to understand.

But over the weekend Giuliani surfaced and posted a tweet which seemed to be rather on the nose: “A well deserved RICO conviction will allow an honest DOJ to seize the Delaware mansion, as well as everything the Biden Crime Family purchased with the money they received from extortion, bribery, money laundering and more yet to come.”

It takes a minute to figure out Giuliani is trying to get at, until you realize that he’s fantasizing about an imaginary RICO case against President Biden. Rudy is doing what Rudy so often does: he’s projecting. And in this case it appears to give something away.

It’s been reported multiple times that when Fulton County DA Fani Willis brings her criminal indictments in August, it could include RICO charges. It’s also been reported that DOJ Special Counsel Jack Smith has been targeting Donald Trump for illegally raising money for lying about the election results – which also sounds a lot like RICO.

In other words, Rudy Giuliani just gave away that he very much fears that Trump will get hit with RICO charges. Given that Giuliani is a criminal target in at least one and possibly both of the above mentioned probes, he might be in a better position than most to know if things have been heading toward RICO. And he sure seems to think they are.
