Hoo boy, Rudy Giuliani is set to appear in court and argue Trump’s case himself

Dear Palmer Report readers,

We all understand what a dark era we're heading into. Journalists will be prosecuted. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. Advertising networks can't be counted on. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight, because someone has to.

In that regard we're looking to start funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens or how dark things get. We've launched a reader supported fund, and we've already raised $2097 and counting. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can contribute here. Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Bill Palmer

Since taking over Donald Trump’s election legal team a couple days ago, Rudy Giuliani has already unwittingly dismissed most of his own case, gotten into a public spat with a law firm, and hired a handful of lawyers who are even dumber than he is. Now Rudy is about to make things even worse.

Marc Elias, the attorney who’s been leading the charge in getting Trump’s legal challenges thrown out of court, just revealed that Rudy Giuliani has filed a motion to appear in court. That’s right, Rudy – who is largely senile and obviously mentally disturbed – is now scheduled to go into court and argue Trump’s nonexistent legal case.

It’s enough to make you almost wish there were going to be cameras in this particular courtroom. As various observers have pointed out, Rudy Giuliani hasn’t actually argued a case in court in nearly forty years. This is set to be an all time disaster – and it should help ensure that Trump’s case gets thrown out of court even more quickly.
