Rudy Giuliani is having a really bad night
It took him nearly two decades, but Rudy Giuliani has gone from “America’s Mayor” to the kind of incoherent crackpot conspiracy theorist you’d cross the street to get away from. Now that Donald Trump and Bill Barr are corruptly trying to keep Michael Flynn out of prison, Rudy seems to think that the crap Trump and Barr are making up about the case is somehow real.
Rudy Giuliani posted this bizarre tweet tonight, which to be clear, represents a misunderstanding of the law:
Judge Emmet Sullivan is no longer acting like a judge.
As a District Judge he must follow the rulings of the higher courts.
The DC Circuit has pronounced that the “decisions to dismiss pending charges …lie squarely within the ken of prosecutorial discretion.”

What’s surreal is that this tweet was posted half an hour ago, and Rudy Giuliani still hasn’t finished it. He simply ended with “And…” before apparently passing out or something. Rudy Giuliani isn’t doing very well tonight. Then again, he hasn’t been doing particularly well for years.
