Rudy Giuliani busted after leaving seditious voicemail for wrong Senator

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

After the events of today, Rudy Giuliani is almost surely going to prison for the rest of his life. He urged the pro-Trump domestic terrorists to do a “trial by combat” just before they stormed and seized the United States Capitol Building. Even if Trump tries to pardon him on terrorism and/or sedition charges, it makes it all the more likely that Rudy will be indicted for his various other crimes.

But Rudy isn’t done having a bad day. As late as this evening, he tried leaving a voicemail urging pro-Trump Republican Senator Tommy Tuberville to take some kind of seditious steps to block election certification. It turns out Rudy left the voicemail for some other Senator by mistake, who turned around and leaked it to the Dispatch.

So now Giuliani has further incriminated himself in his own sedition plot. This is in addition to Giuliani’s prior felony attempts at overthrowing the election, along with his crimes in the Trump-Ukraine scandal, and the dirty money that Rudy has taken from various foreign governments. Trump’s life as he knows it ended today, but so did Giuliani’s.
