Rude, babbling Mike Pence humiliates himself during VP debate

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

During last week’s presidential debate, Donald Trump spent nearly the entire time running his mouth, being as rude as possible, refusing to follow the rules, and refusing to listen to the moderator when it came to time limits. It turns out Mike Pence is trying to do his own version of Trump during tonight’s vice presidential debate.

Even though Mike Pence has been keeping a calm and steady tone of voice, he’s been nearly as bloviating and interruptive as Donald Trump was last week. The moderator is already beginning to lose control of the debate, because Pence won’t shut up when he’s asked to.

At one point, after Mike Pence tried to cut her off and steal her time, Kamala Harris fired back with “Mr. Vice President, I’m speaking.” That finally shut Pence up for a bit. But it’s remarkable that after Trump’s motor mouth strategy last week failed him so badly, Pence is now relying on the same losing strategy.
