Donald Trump belongs in a rubber room
“President” Donald Trump apparently thinks he lives in the days of the Founding Fathers, when there were no video or audio recordings. Despite everyone being able to watch the testimony of his intelligence chiefs, Dan Coats and Gina Haspel, Trump claims the media is distorting what was said. Trump tweeted the following after allegedly meeting with Haspel and Coats and being told by them they had been misquoted:
“Just concluded a great meeting with my Intel team in the Oval Office who told me that what they said on Tuesday at the Senate Hearing was mischaracterized by the media – and we are very much in agreement on Iran, ISIS, North Korea, etc. Their testimony was distorted press. I would suggest you read the COMPLETE testimony from Tuesday. A false narrative is so bad for our Country. I value our intelligence community. Happily, we had a very good meeting, and we are all on the same page!”
Palmer Report has read the entire testimony and it is not a false narrative or fake news or misleading. The intelligence community spoke about worldwide threats and clearly had different views of what is happening than Trump does. Recall that Trump does not read the intelligence reports and has stated that he knows more than they do. The #FirstLiarOfTheUnitedStates, the real FLOTUS, continues to make shit up and disparage the intelligence community. He is a dangerous man, and as USA Today stated, “he puts American lives at risk, diminishes our role in the world, and makes us all less safe.”
What Donald “FLOTUS” Trump is doing right now is very dangerous, and Twitter and the internet immediately went to work exposing the Mad King for what he is – the biggest liar to ever occupy the White House. Not sure that either Haspel or Coats made any such representation to Trump and, if they did, they should be removed from office. Feeding into a delusional leader’s fantasies is dangerous for the safety and security of our nation, and this insanity must stop. America knows what you are up to, and is not buying it, FLOTUS.
