Ron DeSantis is angry
Ron DeSantis has started off his presidential campaign with screwup after screwup. This is nothing less than we expected from the Floridian governor. But still it’s been extremely cringe worthy watching him.
There are so many stupid things that Governor DeSantis has said in the last week or so that it would take me 100 pages to list them all here but I do want to mention one of them because he did something similar with Donald Trump and I am curious to know if this is a characteristic of Republicans running for president.
Sitting down with republican pundit, Mark Levin, DeSantis began to whine about of all things magazine covers. You read that right It seems like DeSantis thinks his wife, Casey DeSantis is worthy of a magazine cover. But he doesn’t think she’ll get one, because Democrats don’t like her. In fact, he seems to think, as he told Mark Levin, that she would’ve already had one if not for the left.
This brings back eerie similarities to Donald Trump, whining about his wife not having a magazine cover. There is a pattern developing here, and I’d really like to know why so many Republican men won’t stop yapping on about their wives, being worthy of being on the cover of vogue or other magazines
At a time when Americans are struggling to put food on the table and women are struggling to keep Republican men away from their doctors offices, do we really want to hear about how badly Casey DeSantis has it because she hasn’t been featured on a fashion cover yet?
Yes, I suppose this is what the top one percent talk about but still. Not every beautiful woman gets to be on the cover of Vogue. I don’t understand how Casey DeSantis not being on a magazine cover is the Democrats fault. But trust Ron DeSantis to make it so.
Is Ron DeSantis going to start whining about how he really needs to grace the covers of GQ magazine? Are these the shallow thoughts that wrap themselves around the DeSantis couple? In any event I can guarantee governor DeSantis the majority of the American people are not going to sleep at night, wondering why Ron DeSantis wife is not on the cover of Vogue. I think he needs to find something else to gripe about.
