She is a professional. She works hard for her constituents. And she has stage 1 breast cancer.
Who is Joseph Ladapo? Ladapo is the Florida Surgeon General. He asked for a meeting with Tina Polsky, who is set to begin radiation therapy shortly. Ladapo is a vile man who cares nothing for the health of Floridians. How do I know this?
Because Tina Polsky asked Florida’s Surgeon General to please wear a mask in her office. She does, after all, have cancer and needs to be as healthy as possible before her treatments start.
Joseph Ladapo refused. Ladapo — the state’s SURGEON GENERAL refused to wear a mask while visiting the office of a great lady who is struggling with BREAST CANCER. Polsky told him of her condition to which Ladapo reportedly replied, “That’s ok.”
Ladapo was eventually kicked out of Polsky’s office. His callous actions are now national news and have promoted apologies, even from a few Republicans. Who is Tina Polsky? She is a woman of courage for sharing her story. We wish her luck in her treatments, and as for Joseph Ladapo? He needs to do something productive like finding his soul, assuming he ever had one, to begin with.
