Roger Stone seems hellbent on getting his bail revoked, and he may have finally made it happen. Last week he was hit with a limited gag order by federal judge Amy Berman Jackson, which prevented him from speaking about the criminal case against him in certain situations, but still allowed him to post his thoughts to social media – within reason. This obviously came with the implied caveat that he’d better behave. Instead Stone just did the opposite.

Stone just posted this screed to his Instagram account: “Through legal trickery Deep State hitman Robert Mueller has guaranteed that my upcoming show trial is before Judge Amy Berman Jackson , an Obama appointed Judge who dismissed the Benghazi charges again [sic] Hillary Clinton and incarcerated Paul Manafort prior to his conviction for any crime.” That’s going to get him in serious trouble. But it’s the accompanying photo which could get him in real trouble:

Yep, Roger Stone just depicted the federal judge in his case with a crosshair just over her head. He’ll claim he didn’t notice the crosshair, just like he claimed he wasn’t really threatening Robert Mueller when he depicted himself pointing a gun at Mueller. Stone also once claimed he didn’t see the eight swastikas in a meme he posted. But we don’t expect Judge Berman to buy Stone’s excuses in this instance.

Roger Stone’s words alone are enough to all but automatically earn him a full gag order, and considering the blatant severity of this post, we suspect the judge will skip straight ahead to revoking bail. In such case, Stone will rot in a jail cell until his trial. We don’t think they have Instagram in jail.
