Because Donald Trump is still pretending to “contest” the election results so he can fundraise off it and pocket the cash, it’s putting the rest of the Republican Party in a bind. For instance, the GOP wants to campaign in the Georgia Senate runoff races by pushing the notion that a Republican Senate majority is needed to push back against President Biden.

To that end, Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel posted a tweet today admitting that Joe Biden won the election and will be President, and arguing that Republicans in Georgia need to win the runoff election.

She ended up deleting it awhile later. Shortly afterward, Donald Trump tweeted his support for Ronna McDaniel to remain RNC Chair. It sure sounds like Trump asked McDaniel to delete the tweet, and McDaniel was only willing to do it if Trump was willing publicly back her. The sharks are circling awfully close to Donald Trump now.

– Joe Biden is now ahead of Donald Trump by 5.2 million votes and counting. Could climb as high as 7 million votes. Joe Biden will win the Electoral College over Donald Trump by 74 votes. This election was a blowout.
