Rhapsody in Orange

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

It was Wednesday morning. Dawn was breaking, and the sun began to rise as it does every day. All over the country people began to make their breakfasts, fry their eggs and bacon, think about the workday or perhaps other things like going to the beach, or the shopping mall or out for lunch.

But far, far away from the laughter of Americana, a certain person was also getting ready. This person was a tiny orange buffoon and he had preparations to make as well. Those preparations included how to maintain his dignity despite the fact that very shortly his mug shot would become an international joke.

So, as he prepared to turn himself in to a certain jail in Georgia, which will happen on Thursday, the little orange man took to truth social. And on the social networking site, the little orange man announced that he was”proudly” being arrested. Proudly?

I am sure all over the country, indeed, perhaps the world, many former criminals were incredulous. That is because nobody walking the planet is ever proud to be arrested. But this little orange man on this particular morning said that he was.

Nobody has ever fought for election integrity like Donald Trump, the little orange man spat out, once again, creepily referring to himself in the third person. Of course, with the little orange man, that tiny orange fool, from which many have run screaming, lies come easily.

It is important to understand that to get inside the head of the little orange man, one must always believe the opposite of exactly what he says.

So basically, what the little orange man was communicating on that breezy morning was that he was deeply ashamed of being arrested, not because he feels guilty, but because he doesn’t want people to see his mug shot.

And of course what he really meant was nobody has done more to STEAL an election than the little orange Man and that would certainly be true, don’t you agree?

So, on this day, the little orange man did his best to mitigate his pride. Unfortunately for the little orange man and fortunately for everybody else, he failed. This is because the little orange man is not very bright as he has continuously shown.
