Report: breaking news in the Matt Gaetz criminal probe expected tomorrow

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Back in June, federal prosecutors let it be known to ABC News that they were looking to indict Matt Gaetz sometime in July. Of course July came and went. But at the time, we pointed out that if the timeframe had subsequently been delayed by all that much, prosecutors would likely have let the media know that as well. So logically, we’ve been expecting movement in the case to come soon.

Now it turns out there’s inside info to corroborate this. Former New York Assistant Attorney General Tristan Snell tweeted this on Tuesday morning: “Is it possible that Marjorie Taylor Greene kicked Matt Gaetz off the tour because Gaetz is about to be indicted and arrested?”

Then on Tuesday night, Snell added “UPDATE: It turns out this was accurate. More details tomorrow on Gaetz… Got some good intel and working on getting more — then as soon as I have the info I’ll share!”

Of course this doesn’t mean that Matt Gaetz will be indicted and arrested tomorrow. Rather, it means that breaking news in the case will come tomorrow. But that news is apparently going to confirm that Gaetz will end up being indicted and arrested – so keep an eye out for it.
