“Raw sewage”

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

“To serve his country, Donald Trump should leave the race.” These words come from the Philadelphia Inquirer editorial board, which, acting as one unit, has called for Donald Trump to drop out of the Presidential race.

Comparing the convicted felon to “raw sewage”, the paper said Trump’s performance was his usual bombastic litany of lies, hyperbole, bigotry, ignorance, and fear-mongering. They said he is a danger to democracy and should exit the race. The paper remarked that Trump told more than 30 lies that night, dodging questions with sociopathic ease.

They said this: “Trump is an unserious carnival barker running for the most serious job in the world.”

“We cannot be serious about letting such a crooked clown back in the White House.”

“Biden believes in the best of America. He has rebuilt relationships with allies around the world and stood up to foes like Russia and China.”

“The sooner Trump exits the stage the better off the country will be.”

Thank you to the Philadelphia Inquirer for having the guts and the insight to see clearly and then DO something about it. As we go forward, I suspect there will be more thoughtful articles like this one written by good and thoughtful journalists, journalists who know monsters when they see them and who know and can easily identify those who love this country and only want to make her even more of a crown jewel than she already is.

Perhaps people with subscriptions to the new york times should cancel their subscriptions and subscribe to the Philadelphia Inquirer — or possibly take that money and DONATE it — to our president, who is, as I write these words, breaking the bank as donations continue to pour into a courageous man and one of the best presidents in American history.
