Donald Trump caught changing his press conference notes to make them more racist

Donald Trump didn’t start referring to the coronavirus as the “Chinese Virus” until everyone figured out that he was wrong about it being a hoax, and he needed a racist stunt in order to keep his base in line. It turns out Trump is going to even greater lengths to push this racist trope than we thought.

Washington Post photographer Jabin Botsford captured this remarkable photo of Donald Trump’s press conference notes today, which reveals that Trump’s handlers told him to say “Corona Virus” but he crossed out “Corona” and replaced it with “Chinese” –
