Yeah, Jared Kushner is going to prison

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

With so many of Donald Trump’s top former advisers cutting plea deals and going to prison, and so much focus on which of Trump’s kids might be the first to get indicted, his son-in-law Jared Kushner almost fell off the map there for awhile. But now he’s back in focus in a big way, not by his own choice, for two very distinct yet intersecting reasons, and let’s just say that there’s little remaining doubt he’ll end up in prison.

For quite some time we’ve known that Jared Kushner had a very close personal alliance with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, to the point of secretly traveling to visit with him just before he began arresting members of his own royal family. This week we learned that the Crown Prince apparently had a Washington Post writer murdered in order to silence him. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

There is, obviously, no known evidence that Kushner was involved in a murder plot. But the important part here is the sudden and intense scrutiny on the overall relationship between the Crown Prince and Kushner. It’s all about following the money. And if it can be proven that Kushner was stuffing Saudi money in his own pocket in exchange for altering U.S. foreign policy, that alone will be enough to lock him up for a long time. That brings us to the other half of Kushner’s sudden troubles.

Today the New York Times revealed that Jared Kushner has spent the past several years using technicalities to avoid paying any taxes at all. Even if none of this was illegal, the real upshot here is this: at a time when everyone in the media is suddenly trying to figure out the financial relationship between Kushner and Saudi Arabia, the Times has somehow obtained Kushner’s financial records. It’s not difficult to see where this will end up going: a jury trial. Remember, Trump can’t pardon Kushner on state charges.
