You all just watched President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address, so you know that what I’m about to say is true: he hit it out of the park. You weren’t imagining it. It wasn’t just wishful thinking on your part because you want to like him. This was Biden at his absolute best. The speech, the policy positions, the energy, the enthusiasm, even the manner in which he toyed with the hapless hecklers in the crowd… it was all spot on.
Here’s hoping the major media outlets will be honest enough to run headlines tonight and tomorrow which accurately reflect the fact that President Biden just gave the speech of a lifetime. He owned the moment. He owned the stage. It was everything he needed it to be. It was everything America needed him to be.
I’d say more, but as I said at the top, you watched the speech. There’s not much more for me to add. President Joe Biden just said it all.
