Even as Donald Trump continues to hide and hope no one remembers how senile he’s been in 99 out of his last 100 public appearances, President Joe Biden is hitting the campaign trail. During a rousing speech in Wisconsin today, Biden called out Trump’s worsening senility:

The important thing to remember is that Biden generally has good days, and he’s going to use those good days to keep whacking away at Trump.
