President Biden calls out Donald Trump’s worsening senility
Donald Trump’s cognitive abilities have been collapsing for quite awhile, but now it’s reaching a point of severity where it’s the political topic of 2024. Trump thinks Biden and Obama are the same person. He thinks Nancy Pelosi and Nikki Haley are the same person. He needs a card to list off the names of his kids.
During a speech over the weekend, President Biden labeled Trump as being “too old” and “mentally unfit” to be President of the United States. Biden then added this about Trump: “You know he ain’t the same guy that I beat in 2020 … But don’t tell him. He thinks he’s running against Barack Obama.”
This is brilliant strategy on Biden’s part. He’s taking one of Trump’s most soundbite-worthy senile moments and forcing the media to cover it like it should. Biden should (and surely will) keep doing this kind of thing. Trump’s dementia is the more surefire way to convince conservatives to stay home instead of voting for Trump, and to convince moderates to vote for Biden instead of staying home.
