Donald Trump gets plastered for gloating over Mitt Romney’s coronavirus quarantine
When Donald Trump learned during his press conference today that his nemesis Mitt Romney had just been quarantined for coronavirus exposure, Trump sarcastically said “Gee, that’s too bad.” Trump then tried to walk it back when challenged, but we all knew what he meant. He was pleased that Romney, who voted to convict and remove him, is now facing hard times. The responses to Trump were merciless:
.
Trump, “Romney is in isolation? Gee, that’s too bad.” No way to interpret that other than extremely condescending.

Hey @VP #Pence…how does that God of yours reconcile your sociopath boss saying “Romney’s in isolation? Gee, that’s too bad.” Shame on you for enabling this monster… #Trump #coronavirus
