“Not nice!” – Donald Trump goes berserk after Alvin Bragg corners him
After Donald Trump’s legal team tried and failed to get Michael Cohen to crack on the stand on Thursday, Trump (or whoever is writing his social media posts for him) falsely announced that prosecutor Alvin Bragg is looking at dropping the case. This was fitting, given that the last time Trump falsely announced that Bragg was dropping the case, Bragg indicted him days later.
Trump’s phony announcement seems to be the surest sign yet that Bragg has indeed cornered him, and that Trump and his people have no remaining defense strategy whatsoever.
Now Trump seems to have changed his mind and no longer expects Bragg to drop the case. Instead Trump has decided that there is “virtually universal agreement” that Bragg’s case “should be immediately dropped, with apologies to me and all of the others.”
That’s right, Trump is not only demanding that the case be dropped, he’s demanding an apology. Good luck with that. Trump is headed for felony conviction next week. Trump ended he rant by insisting that Bragg is “Not nice!!!” Well there you have it.
