No wonder Fox News shoved Tucker Carlson out the back door
It was just another day in Washington. The street people were out. And they wanted to play. So they found a young black boy and proceeded to beat the living crap out of him. Just another day on the streets.
But one person watched this fight. This person, a racist, and an overall miserable human being, was rooting for the group of thugs over the poor victim. He wanted these thugs to hit — hit em harder! Kill em! This person could taste the fury, the hate, the rage. He wanted more blood, more hate, more fighting. This person is Tucker Carlson.
You see, Tucker watched the fight on video. And he appeared to delight in the victim’s despair, his being outnumbered. How do I know this? Tucker told me. He told you too. It’s in his texts. Now he’s told the whole wide world — what a piece of garbage he is — worse than even we thought.
And, reportedly, these texts are part of what got him fired: “A couple of weeks ago, I was watching a video of people fighting on the street in Washington.”
“A group of Trump supporters surrounded this antifa kid and started pounding the living shit out of him.”
“Three against one, at least.”
“Jumping a guy like that is dishonorable, obviously. It’s not how white men fight.”
“Yet suddenly, I found myself rooting for the mob against the man, hoping they’d hit him harder, kill him.”
“I really wanted them to hit the kid. I could taste it.”
“Suddenly, deep in my brain, an alarm went off. This isn’t good for me. I’m becoming something I don’t want to be.”
I got news for Tucker. He’s long been someone NOBODY wants to be. It’s difficult to read and to stomach. The blatant racism, the stuff of the Klan, is alive and kicking in one of the most (formerly) prominent cable pundits ever.
And now he’s no more — at least on Fox. He’s unemployed. He can watch all the death vids he wants now, since he has so much free time. There is too much anger in this country — too much rage. We at Palmer Report seek not to anger but to calm.
It would be nice if every media company did that. It would be nice if the omnipresent fury of so many would recede like a bad dream. Only it won’t. It’s with us for better or for worse, and here it will stay at least for awhile — all because of people like this maniacal, grisly, giggling coward.
