No wonder Donald Trump adviser Peter Navarro was screaming at Dr. Fauci

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

On Sunday the news broke that Donald Trump’s White House adviser Peter Navarro was so desperate to get the Trump regime to promote hydroxychloroquine as a coronavirus miracle drug, he started screaming at Dr. Fauci behind the scenes, after Fauci argued for caution. Now it turns out Navarro has good reason to be so frantic.

Back in January, Peter Navarro wrote a memo to the Trump regime, warning that the coronavirus could end up becoming a pandemic in the United States and wipe out the economy, according to a new Axios report. When no one listened, Navarro wrote a memo directly to Donald Trump in February, repeating the same. It’s obvious that Trump ignored his warning, doing nothing to try to prevent it, and publicly calling it a hoax.

This means that, whatever you think of Navarro, he’s spent the past two months knowing this was going to be a deadly disaster, and watching Donald Trump blow it at every turn. We still don’t know why he’s specifically pushing for hydroxychloroquine, but this certainly explains why he’s on edge and screaming at people.
