No venue or jury shenanigans are going save Donald Trump from prison

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

A few months ago, in the state of South Carolina, an important trial was going on. It was the trial of Alex Murdaugh. Alex stood accused of murdering both his wife and one of his sons. The trial was a bizarre affair in which Murdaugh actually took the stand and testified for many hours.

Many were worried. See, there was a plethora of evidence AGAINST Murdaugh. But people worried about the Jury. Could he be found guilty? After all, the Murdaugh name was huge in South Carolina. Could a neutral Jury be found? Many pundits didn’t think so. He’ll be found not guilty, man, MANY pundits said.

Not happening. Murdaugh was found guilty. He will likely be in jail for life. He was found guilty because the JURY found him so. And the jury is what so many are worried about, in regards to Donald Trump. There appears to be a great misconception about Jurors. It seems many think that Red State jurors find Republicans innocent and blue states find them guilty.

It doesn’t work like that. Jurors are carefully selected, the bad ones weeded out, by skilled and top-notch lawyers who do this stuff for a living. They know their questions, and they know their people. They know the human heart. They understand how Juror selection works.

The Murdaugh story is but one example, but it’s a recent one. And do not forget the Grand Jury that indicted Trump? They are in Florida. So, you see, of course, Jack Smith and his team know exactly what they’re doing. Don’t get caught in the Jury worry trap. These are seasoned people.

While it is impossible to say 100 percent that Donald Trump will be found guilty of anything, what IS 100 percent true, is that most Jurors tend to take these things seriously. And that the people handling all this are consummate professionals.
